- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Items

- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
